Infomation of Mauhwa's Hunan


The Hunan Mauhwa Properties Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Hunan Mauhwa), founded on June 28th, 2005, under the approval of the Hunan Administration of Industry and Commerce, with a registered capital of 40 million yuan, is Mauhwa Group's subsidiary in Hunan Province. Human Mauhwa holds the Grade B qualification for real estate development.
 
Hunan Mauhwa is proud of its highly qualified managerial staff, technicians, and engineers. 90% of them at least have bachelor degrees and all of them are top or medium level technicians. Hunan Mauhwa believes that talents are the backbone of a company and understands that the right talent should be assigned to the right position. That is why Hunan Mauhwa is sparing all its efforts to establish a human-based management mechanism with incentives to encourage the career development of its staff.

Mauhwa Group invested 1.5 billion yuan in the Wu-Guang Zone of Tiyu Xincheng, the hottest residential area in eastern Changsha, and successively launched the projects of Mauhwa Changsha Town and Mauhwa Millennium Metropolis with a total development area of 320,000 m2. Phase I and Phase II of the Changsha Town project are now satisfactorily completed. The Metropolis project started construction at the end of 2011 and will be ready for sale by September, 2012. HMRE also has sufficient land reserve in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, etc.
