The project is part of the traditional Xinhua Road business circle and adjacent to Tangshan Department Store and Hualian Commercial Building. It stretches from Xinhua Road in the south to Xishan Road in the nouth, from Dali Road in the east to Youyi Road in the west, covering an area of 21.85 hectares. It is designed as a complex of high-end shopping centers, SOHOs and super luxury hotels.
