Mauhwa Guo Ji Hui
Located in the Shuidukou Central Business District in Huai’an City and adjacent to the 120-hectare Bochishan Park, Mauhwa Guo Ji Hui is a luxury property project invested and developed by Mauhwa Group which has more than ten years of experience in high-end residential real estate projects. The project has a planning area of 300,000 m2 and a floor area of 800,000 m2, and it consists of 32 luxury residential buildings with 18-32 stories, a stylish commercial walking street with an area of about 30,000 square meters, a bilingual kindergarten with a floor area of more than 6000 m2, a school with an area of 30,000 m2 and a multi-functional business/sports clubhouse which covers more than 3000 m2. Co-designed by Stinemetze Design Consultants and the privileged HK-based landscape design firm EADG, Mauhwa International Villa creates a double-park view with its 128-m distance between buildings. This large distance stresses the space sense within the community and the blending between the interior design and the exterior landscape. In terms of indoor layout design, the designers highly respect the way of lives of the local residents. The south-facing living rooms and bedrooms, separate toilets and separate kitchens, spacious bay windows and the family room which was most often used in town houses win a great reputation for the project. On Sep. 18th 2009, this project won the Green Asia Habitat Award for its contributions in improving the habitat of Huai’an people, and for Mauhwa’s efforts in bringing the international advocated way of life to the Yangtze delta and promoting the concept of compound building designs and the concept of integration of buildings with nature.
