The Mauhwa Ai Qin Hai project is located in the northern part of Kuiwen District, bordering the biggest project site of Weifang’s endeavor to relocate industrial companies from urban areas to suburban industrial parks. The neighboring development parks include Weifang’s Economic and Technological Development Zone, Central Commerce Zone, Foreign Invested Enterprises Zone, New & High-Tech Zone, all of them listed as major development areas by the government of Weifang.
The project is equipped with a 10,000 m2 ancillary commercial facility nearby the streets, a community club, and a community kindergarten. The project borders a series of primary and middle schools (e.g. the Weifang No.13 Middle School and the Xianfeng Primary School), hospitals (e.g. the Xinhua Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College), supermarkets (e.g. the branch store of Jia Le Jia on Beigong Street and the Zhongbai Supermarket), and banks (e.g. ICBC), which makes life here rather convenient. As Weifang initiates the reconstruction project of Ze’er Zhuang (where our project is) – a village in the city, a commercial network will be woven between Beigong Street, Yuqing Street, Siping Road, and Yuanfei Road. This area is bound to become Beiyuan’s sub-commercial hub in the Northern part of Kuiwen District.
